What I love most about my job is the relationships I have with the people I have the pleasure to serve. To me, it's more than just hair. It's about the way you feel, the experience you receive and the relationships we build together.
I have spent over a decade working with women, honing my skills as a hairdresser and listener, and expanding my practice as a 200-hour certified yoga teacher for the past two years. With three certifications from Cyclical School, including Level 1 and 2 Menstrual Cycle Educator and Natural Fertility Educator credentials, I empower women through knowledge and community. I host monthly group cycles and the Know Ya Flow Podcast, where women share their wisdom and stories. My work is rooted in amplifying women's voices, providing relatable information, and fostering self-love, truth, and connection through years of listening and embodiment.
I work and own Daydream Studios, a salon space in Winchester Virginia with my friend and now business partner (hehe) Hannah.
